24 Month account is $166.80 - $6.95 a Month x 24, Domain included (no setup fee)

Control Panel

Bluehost is using the control panel cPanel. It is a very powerful control panel and is packed with a lot of good and useful tools for your needs. Recently, a lot of web hosts are using cPanel, but what makes Bluehost different is that they customized their cPanel and grouped similar tools together to make it easy for the webmasters.

Professionalism and Customer Support

Speaking of customer service, they have live chat and contact numbers are available for their customers’ needs. The customer support staff respond to e-mails and queries as fast as they can.

I once had a problem with my account’s CNAME and I can say that their support team is excellent. Why? They responded within 24 hours and resolved my problem within the day. There was also one time that my site’s loading time was really slow because of a server overload. I e-mailed them and asked them what can be done, and they replied in 2 hours. They said that they can transfer my account to another server, and they did. After that, my site was running smoothly.

Server Uptime

Bluehost’s servers are 99.9% awesome. I have yet to experience a downtime which lasts for over 24 hours. Their servers are really fast, but occasionally runs slowly due to server overload. If you experience any downtime or a slow site performance, you can always contact them for support. You can even ask them to transfer your site to another server!

Affiliate Program

Bluehost also has an affiliate program wherein members can refer other people and earn commissions from them. For each referral, an affiliate can earn $65.00! Now that’s huge, considering that all you have to do is to tell a friend and let them sign-up for a great webhosting service.

They have banners and buttons of different sizes available for your use and convenience. You can also have different tracking codes so that you know where each click is coming from and you can monitor where your earnings are coming from.

Conclusion

Although it seems to me that they only offer shared hosting plans, anyone can still consider them as a great webhost. With all those stuff, $6.95/month is really cheap, plus you get a top-notch 24/7 support! Their affiliate program is also cool and they pay out on time. Some other hosts offer less than those and charge for at least $10/month with crappy customer service.
