Google Adsense For Search Changes

Posted by Mike | Filed under AdSense

Google has updated their AdSense Search. If you have AdSense, I highly recommend you integrate Google Search into your website vice using the search your site comes with. The search will likely be more relevant and you will earn some cash.

Some of the major Google Search changes are:

  1. You can now limit your searches to your site, a list of sites or the entire web.
  2. You now define your search engine to make the results more relevant to your site. Google’s example is that if you site is Yoga and a visitor searches “mat” they will get all kinds of mats. But if you pre-define your search engines with the “yoga” keyword (thus identifying your site as a yoga site) the results for “mat” will return yoga mats.

Here is a video produced by Google to give you some insight.

Thanks for the tip. Do you think having AdSense on your site increases your Google rank?
