Google Webmaster Tool: Geotargeting Your Website

Basically, Google provides a Geotargeting Webmaster tool that allows you to tell Google where your site is more relevant. You should also be using Google’s WebMaster Tools!
There are a few other tools that I use. Backlinks lookup will give you much more prices results compared to link: search.
Geotargeting is not a commonly used feature, since most sites do not target a specific country (unless you made a site in a language that is not used frequently). Most sites aim to target multiple countries, or the entire Internet.
