It’s Almost Summer Contest Riddle 4

The first 5 people who will send me the correct answer via the contact form will receive 15 points. The contest will end on March 31, 2008 (that’s 6 days from now) guys. Don’t worry though, I’m planning to launch a contest maybe during mid or late April. 
Remember that the riddles are related to The WWW Observer. The riddles may be about people who did something for TW3O or something like that. People gave me super unrelated answers the last time.
It was getting hotter so I decided to launch it.
