CJB.net
CJB.net offers a free URL redirection service with pop-up ads. When you register, you’ll get a domain.cjb.net and some e-mail aliases for free.

Dereferer.org
This is a fast-loading and simple site which allows you to redirect your URLs.

Freedomain.co.nr
When you sign-up for this service, you’ll get a www.domain.co.nr (which is pretty cool). This URL redirection service has META tags and favicon support. To use this service, you must put a small image which links to Freedomain.co.nr on your site’s homepage.

HotRedirect
