Blogging is something that creative people can do to EARN some cash while having FUN. There are many ways to make money through blogging and most of them are very enjoyable if you really like to write stuff. You will learn some BASIC money making methods in this post, but before that, let’s talk about one important issue first: Success in making money by blogging.

Earning through blogging is easy, but why do some people fail? It’s because they focus on making money! They blog just to generate revenue, not to share to their readers what they have in mind. Once they realize that they’re not earning cash, they will just quit and try another money making scheme. The problem with those people is that they do NOT like what they’re doing, so when they do not reach their goals in a short amount of time, they will quit.

So what should I do to earn by blogging? Well, here are some basic ways to make money through blogging:

First of all, you should write about what you like… so that you won’t QUIT. Don’t write about a topic just because the topic contains high-paying keywords, write about what you are interested in. That way, you will never get bored while blogging, and the income will never stop coming.

Let others sponsor some blog posts. Some people would buy links from your blog posts, so sell permanent links to them. Usually, a link from a blog with a couple of readers would cost $5 to $15. Imagine earning $15 per blog post (3 links at $5 each)! Again, if you write about what you like, you will never run out of ideas… so the revenue is limitless!

Sell ad spaces. This is kind of obvious, but some people aren’t aware of this. Selling ad spaces can bring in huge profits especially if your rates are good.

Sell permanent blog posts/reviews. Surely, people would love some exposure for their own sites. Why not sell some blog posts to them? Publish a review of their site for a certain amount of money — the price is up to you.
