I know you’d say that. I made this post to help people (especially the newbies) make money with WordPress themes and to emphasize the different ways to earn with the said themes.

If you are able to design and code good-looking themes, then you know what to do. Create nice themes then sell them for a good price. A premium theme usually costs around $50, so if you enjoy designing, you’ll earn a lot of money in no time!

Keep in mind that premium themes may be sold to a number of people, so just create themes and watch the money come in. You may also specify that you will only sell the theme to one person. People will place good offers on your theme because they know that it’s unique and it will never be sold again! Custom themes are more expensive than premium themes because they are customized to fit the topic of a blog. Some designers without an established portfolio yet offer custom themes for $75 to $150. That’s the price of a designer trying to build a portfolio. Imagine if you’re a premier designer already… Some custom themes from well-known designers go for $700 or more! Can you feel the $$$?

Create FREE WordPress themes and sell sponsored links.
A lot of people want backlinks, so selling sponsored links on free WordPress themes is a great way to make money. Remember, more and more people are using WordPress… and more people are using WP themes.

Here’s a short “explanation” why selling this technique is a real moneymaker: A beautiful theme = more sponsors and more potential theme users = more backlinks for the sponsors = more money for you = Everyone is happy. Got it? Awesome.

Buy WordPress themes, get sponsors and release the themes for free.
This method worked really well for me. I bought *cough* and I’m still looking for more… *cough* WordPress themes for no more than $120 each. Instead of using them, I looked for sponsors and released the themes for free. What can I say? I was impressed with the results! I earned lots of money (and backlinks too).

I bought one theme for $50, it looked really good so it attracted lots of sponsors. I sold two (2) links to sponsors for a total of $90 ($45 each). Then I put my own link on the theme. So I earned $40 and got a link to my site as well. Pretty cool, huh?

I did not only use this method on one theme, I bought numerous WordPress themes. The revenue potential is great, so try this technique now and tell me your results.
