Need more blog traffic? Ping update services! Update services can be used to let other people know that you have published a new post on your blog. When you notify them, they will update their indices and your update will be included there. After your latest update has been included, people browsing those sites can see your recent posts.

How to add update services to your list (for WordPress users)

Step 1: Login to your WordPress account.
Step 2: Go to the ‘Options’ menu.
Step 3: Click the ‘Writing’ tab under ‘Options’.
Step 4: Below the page, you will see a list of update services which get notified every time you publish a new post. Add some update services to build more popularity for your blog. Need a list of update services? No problem!

Wow! that’s a huge list of ping services. Good list, I’m thinking of starting a wordpress blog. I think it’s much easier to blog than to develop a site with your own design, etc. right?

I will comment here again if I have a wordpress blog and maybe I can ask for help from you? thanks!

    Seph:

Yes, blogging is WAAAAY easier than making your own site and updating it manually (not using a CMS).

Sure, just comment or drop an e-mail through the contact form if you need some help. Good luck ;)
