I believe that the author has done a great job in terms of compiling the said links for webmasters. You can expect lots of great stuff from the tools and sites that he mentioned. 
Is it Really Worth it?
Well, the e-book costs twenty-seven US dollars ($27), and I can say that you’ll get the most out of your money especially if you’re just a beginner. It is very comprehensive and the terms are not that technical for newbies to understand. Though I think that most experts out there already know the techniques given by the author, I believe that you can still learn new things like applying the techniques in different ways.
I highly recommend the e-book to all of you, especially to the people who are new to being a webmaster. There are really lots of things to learn from it!
